01 / THE STUDIO

Personalize your planner

Layout → Colors → Typography → DetailsChoose → Preview → Save
  1. Open My Planners and follow the verification instructions for your purchase.
  2. Select a planner layout: Minimal pages, Classic ring planner, or Pastel open book.
  3. Choose your palette and font. Adjust the tab size and, where available, spiral thickness.
  4. Add an optional cover name. Preview the cover, daily pages, and weekly check-ins.
  5. Choose Create a new design, then Save & download. A design right is used only after the file is successfully saved.

Before verification, the tablet shows an illustrative sample. Your purchased planner and its editing tools appear after verification.

02 / YOUR TABLET

  1. Download your saved planner and keep an untouched backup in your device’s Files folder.
  2. Open your PDF annotation app and choose its import or open-file option.
  3. Select the downloaded PDF. The exact import controls depend on your app and version.
  4. Use your app’s pen or text tool to write on the pages.
  5. Use its navigation or link-following mode to tap planner tabs and day links.

The planner is a PDF for annotation. Check your app’s PDF and internal-link support before purchasing. An annotation app or stylus is not included.

03 / YOUR LIBRARY

  1. Your purchased product includes three saved design slots and three revisions in total across those designs.
  2. To update a saved design, choose Revise design in the save menu and make your changes.
  3. A successful revision saves a new version. Your earlier versions remain in My saved planners.
  4. Download an unchanged saved version again without spending a design or revision right.

Previewing is free. A failed file creation does not use a right. Re-downloading a file does not update any handwriting you added in your annotation app.

Where can I find my Etsy order number?

Open your Etsy purchase confirmation or your account’s purchase history and locate the order from PlanneryLab. Use the order number, not the product’s listing number. If you purchased as a guest or cannot locate it, contact us through Etsy.

Is order verification available yet?

Not yet. The studio currently offers an example of the personalization experience. Purchase verification and customer downloads will open once the connection is ready. For an existing purchase, use the files and instructions delivered through Etsy or contact us there.

What can I customize?

Available options include planner layout, color palette, font, text weight, tab shape and size, spiral thickness on ring layouts, and an optional cover name. Options may vary by product. The page content and number of days belong to the planner you purchased.

How do the three designs and three revisions work?

Each purchased product includes three design slots plus three revisions total, shared across those designs. Previewing does not use a right. A right is used only when a new design or revision is successfully created and saved.

Can I download the same planner again?

Yes. Saved versions can be downloaded again without using design or revision rights. Keep a personal backup of your PDF and your annotated copy.

Will my handwriting appear when I download again?

No. Your saved studio file contains your selected design. Handwriting and notes added later are stored in your annotation app. Back up that annotated file separately.

Is this a physical planner or an editable document?

It is a digital PDF; nothing is shipped. You personalize the supported design options in the studio, then write or annotate the PDF in a compatible app. It is not a source document for editing the page layout or built-in text.

What if my download fails or a link does not open?

Check My saved planners first: if the file was saved, download it again there. If nothing was saved, no creation right should be used. For PDF links, check your annotation app’s navigation mode. Contact us through Etsy if the issue continues.
